Payment
- For Ukraine — the prepayment is 50% of the portrait price.
- For the countries listed below — the prepayment is 100% of the portrait price.
- For Ukraine — the remaining amount is paid by cash on delivery after receiving the parcel.
- Available payment methods: bank card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
After payment confirmation, the order goes into production.
Delivery
Delivery is available across Ukraine and to the countries listed below via Nova Poshta and Meest Post services.
International delivery is available to countries such as: Custom portraits from your photo — we deliver across Ukraine and to various countries : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the USA.
- The finished portrait is shipped after approval and receipt of the prepayment.
- For Ukraine — delivery is included in the portrait price.
- For other countries — delivery is paid separately. The approximate shipping cost (for the countries listed above) ranges from $15 to $50. You can find detailed information about international delivery on the Meest Post website.
- Delivery time depends on the region and postal service performance.
- After shipment, a tracking number is provided to track your parcel.
- The finished portrait will be delivered in a special protective case (tube) to prevent any damage during transportation.
*The portrait cannot be exchanged or returned.
